Summary: The hotel overall is clean however, our room smelled so strong of chemicals it burned our throats. Smelled like the room had a previous problem they attempted to fumigate but that made it smell even worse. Every time you walked into the room it hit you so hard. Breakfast was a high point with great options and local flavor. The bed was comfortable and with a good amount of pillows. Not against the hotel however, we had to checkout early for safety as we came outside to find someone circling our vehicle with a video camera and watched him do the same to another vehicle of the same style like they had a type they were looking for. When he saw us he started videoing palm trees like we wouldn't know what he was doing. Hotel security was notified but we didn't feel confident our vehicle would be there in the morning if we stayed our last night. We've stayed here a few times now and will return but hopefully won't get a smelly room next time.
